This hotel is now my favorite place to stay when visiting Wolverhampton. The rooms were just what we needed, clean, comfortable, well-kept, and spacious, making our stay very pleasant. However, we encountered some issues with intrusive housekeeping. The location was great for our needs, close to bars and restaurants, but we felt a bit uncomfortable walking near a nearby estate. The morning dining experience was satisfactory, offering sweet biscuits. Overall, despite minor inconveniences, the hotel provided good value for money.

The room was beautifully decorated but very small with a shower you could barely turn around in. The shared kitchen area was convenient, but our garden view opened onto a patio shared with two other front doors, lacking privacy. The noise level was unbearable due to paper-thin walls, making it feel like we were in the same room as our neighbors. However, the hosts were understanding and allowed us to cancel the booking free of charge, showing excellent customer service.
